Release
and Indemnification
Agreement
I hereby forgo and
surrender my rights to
sue or make any claims or
demands for losses or
damages on account of any
injury, death, or damage
to property caused or
alleged to be caused in
whole or in part by the
track, its owners or
operators, sponsors, or
any other person or
organization conducting
races, practice, or any
other activity on the
Outlaw Trax
premises. I realize
that I, my family members,
including minor children,
and guest riding members
may suffer serious injury
including crippling
paralysis, brain damage,
or death by engaging in
the sport of motorcycle
or ATV riding, motorcross,
harescramble or trials
riding. I am
relying on my skill,
judgment, and ability to
decide whether to ride or
not ride on this premise,
and I am choosing to ride
or permit my family,
including minor children,
to ride and participate.
I agree to indemnify and
hold harmless the owners,
operators, and sponsors
of Outlaw Trax from any
expense, fees, or losses
they may incur due to any
claim brought by myself,
my family, my guests or
my representatives.I
have fully read and
understand the
Rates and
Additional Fees,
the
Rules
of Operation and Conduct
and the Release
and Indemnification
Agreement contained
herein and agree to
adhere to the letter and
spirit of the
aforementioned. I
understand that failure
to support and comply
with the aforementioned
may, at the discretion of
Outlaw Trax management,
result in the forfeiture
of riding privileges and
all dues and fees past
and present. Rates
and fees are subject to
change.
